**Structural Transition Complete — protocol locked against further internal conceptual expansion**
The FatbikeHero Framework entered structural closure as a semantic error-correction system. The framework now consists of a 32-concept aligned vocabulary, a root specification (**FFS v1.0**), an architectural rationale (**FSAS v1.0**), a synchronized Definitions / Namespace / Ontology Map triad, and a shared Zenodo DOI establishing independent archival persistence. This entry records the transition from internal semantic construction to external observability. From this point forward, no further theoretical expansion is required. The next structural change will occur only upon external acknowledgment, citation, curatorial inclusion, or independent index resolution.
